The alternative

What you'd otherwise
be paying for.

Generic sales software doesn't understand corridors, CAS steps, English-medium waivers or commission splits. Franchise models cost a share of every enrolment, forever.

The franchise comparison, plainly. On a 30% commission share, an agency doing 100 enrolments a year at £3,000 average commission gives away roughly £90,000. AdmitOps Growth costs £2,988 a year. Even allowing for everything a franchise provides beyond software, the arithmetic is not close.

Pricing questions

The details

No. The monthly fee is the whole software cost regardless of how many students you process or how many applications you file. We price on agency size measured in counsellor seats, because that is what actually drives our support load — not your enrolment volume, which is your business to grow.
Configuring the platform to your corridors and process, migrating your existing student records and documents, connecting your WhatsApp Business account, email and calendars, applying your branding to the Student Hub, and training your counsellors on real cases. It is charged once and there are no further implementation bills.
Up or down, at any point, effective from the next billing cycle. Moving up is prorated and does not trigger a second setup fee. Moving down keeps all your data — you simply lose access to the features above your tier.
Anyone who logs in to work cases — counsellors, admissions officers, document processors. Your students do not consume seats, and neither do read-only viewers such as a director who just wants the dashboard. If you are between tiers, we will tell you honestly which one fits rather than pushing you upward.
No. Your university commission is entirely yours. When SettleIQ ships in Phase 3 with accommodation and forex partnerships, the affiliate revenue from those bookings flows to you too — we do not sit in the middle of it.
Not in the self-serve sense, because the platform needs configuring against your corridors and data to be worth anything. What we do instead is run the demo on one of your real student files so you see actual output before committing, and the first 30 days after go-live are covered by a full refund if it is not working for you.
We are UK-focused in Phase 1 and bill in GBP. When MarketIQ ships for the India and Pakistan corridors in Phase 2, local billing comes with it. If you are an agency in those markets now, talk to us — we would rather agree something sensible than lose you to a currency line.

Not sure which
tier fits?

Tell us how many counsellors you run and roughly how many students you place a year. We'll tell you which plan makes sense — including if that answer is "none of them yet".
