Product updates

What’s new in admitAI.

We release in small, frequent steps, most of them asked for by the agencies using the platform. Every change below is live for every agency on every plan — there is nothing to upgrade.

Work happens where you already are

The next step on a lead or student now opens right on the record, and the things your team reaches for most — reports, offers, interview answers, requests — live on the student instead of on a separate page.

  • Journey steps act in place. Nine boxes show exactly how far a record has come; the next step opens its own dialog.
  • Stage board on Leads. See the pipeline by stage, and open a lead in the side panel to work down a queue.
  • Assessment reports saved. Listed with date and score, shown on the student’s Assessment report tab and attachable to a proposal.
  • Offers tab. Record an offer by hand and keep the offer letter on file.
  • Saved interview answers. Students’ practice answers are kept for the counsellor to review.
  • “Ask student” on requirements, with inline edits to status and dates.
  • WhatsApp on leads. Message a lead from the lead itself.
  • Command Console in the side panel. New student, Visa Autofill, your apply form and more open over the dashboard.
  • Receipts. View the payments and receipts behind any invoice.
  • Partner team role for colleagues who work with your agency, and clearer section names: Study Planning and University Applications.

DashboardStudy Planning

A dashboard that keeps your place

Click a number on the dashboard and its records slide in beside it. The dashboard stays where it was, and Ctrl- or ⌘-click still opens the full page.

  • Side panel for leads, follow-ups, applications and more, which you can widen by dragging.
  • Menus follow the work. Queues first, then each step in order, then outcomes — and Tasks now sits beside Calendar.
  • Shared course library. Course Finder starts with a common library for every agency, with your own programmes taking priority.
  • Security updates to the platform’s framework and monitoring.

Bring your data with you

Import leads and students from a spreadsheet. Every row is checked in a preview, nothing is written until you commit, and the commit re-checks each row against your data as it is at that moment.

  • Spreadsheet import for leads and for students, with an owner and source label for the batch.
  • AQF report counts filed applications. Checks about filed applications now count only applications actually submitted.
  • Range-of-providers check reads your shortlists again and names what triggered it.
  • Privacy hardening in the Student Hub and in how automatic appointments are assigned.

Commission you can reconcile, rules you can set

  • Commission reconciliation report. What each university partner has paid against what is due.
  • Your signed-agreement rule. Choose Off, Warn or Block for submitting an application before the student has signed (AQF §2.5).
  • UCAS passwords erased. Stored passwords were deleted and can no longer be saved.

The student journey, end to end

The biggest release of the month: a guided path from first enquiry to first application, proposals students can answer, and the paperwork that follows an offer.

  • Guided lead journey with a contact log and one-step “register as student”.
  • Branded proposals with up to six options; students like, pass on or ask to apply for each one.
  • Requirements per application, each with a status, your due date and the university’s.
  • Offer conditions tracked as open, met or waived, and how long each decision has been waiting.
  • Handovers and the application pack — the student’s details in portal order, with copy buttons.
  • Instalment plans of 2 to 24 payments on any issued invoice.
  • Course dates from the offer letter or CAS, and a “starting soon” view.
  • Student agreements with e-signature, frozen and fingerprinted when sent.
18 October 2026Qualification and messaging
LeadsInboxInvoices

Qualification reviewed by a person

  • Intake qualification review. A readiness score of answered questions, explained review items, and a counsellor’s decision.
  • WhatsApp deliveries file every message in a batch on the right record.
  • Commission invoices carry your bank details.
  • “Converted” means registered. A lead becomes Converted when it is registered as a student, not by editing its status.
16 October 2026New sections
CalendarVisaInvoicesReports

Calendar, Visa and invoices for everyone you bill

  • Calendar with day, week and month views of appointments, follow-ups and tasks.
  • Visa section with queues by owner, the risk assessor, document list and autofill.
  • Documents Vault with a one-click zip of a student’s files.
  • Partner and sub-agent invoices on the same ledger as student invoices.
  • Accounts receivable and payable reports.
  • Study Planning, University Applications and Invoices sections replace the old AdmitOps menu.
15 October 2026A new dashboard

InboxStudent Hub

Reply from the Inbox on every channel

  • Replies on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram from the Inbox, and replies from Lead Finder.
  • Student sign-up straight from the Student Hub sign-in page.

  • Your logo shown more prominently across the dashboard.
